The document introduces the position of the head of the Presidential Administration and defines his powers.
It is also established that the head of the Administration and his deputies, assistants, advisers, representatives of the President and heads of structural divisions of the Administration are appointed and dismissed by the President.
The document has been approved:
· the updated structure of the Presidential Administration;
· Regulations of the Presidential Administration;
· the maximum number of employees of organizations under the President and his Administration;
· remuneration categories according to the Unified Tariff schedule for senior and responsible employees of the Presidential Administration.
In accordance with the approved new Administration structure, the following organizational changes have been made:
· The Agency for Information and Mass Communications was abolished, and its functions of control and monitoring in the field of information were transferred to the Inspectorate for Control in the Field of Informatization and Telecommunications.;
· The Center for Mass Communications has been transferred to the structure of the Presidential Administration;
· An Agency for the Control of Drugs and Firearms has been established on the basis of the National Center for Drug Control;
· A Content Preparation Center for the media has been organized on the basis of the Media Center of the Administration's Press Service.;
· The Agency for Management Efficiency has been established on the basis of the Agency for Civil Service Development;
· The Cultural and Art Development Fund, which previously operated under the Cabinet of Ministers, has been subordinated to the Presidential Administration.
