The document approved the Passports:

· permits for legal entities and individuals to purchase, sell, store, carry, transport, collect, exhibit, import into the territory of the republic and export, as well as transit through the territory of the republic of civilian and service weapons, as well as ammunition for them;

· licensing of activities in the field of production, repair and sale of civilian and service weapons and ammunition.

The decree also changed the period of mandatory storage of video recordings at catering and entertainment facilities operating at night - from 30 to 15 days. In addition, from now on, the list of establishments operating at night will be published on the website of local khokimiyats.

The document was published in the National Database of Legislation and entered into force on 07/02/2024, Norma reports.
