Accordingly, this Code has been supplemented with the following norm:
Obstruction of the lawful medical activity of a medical worker or for this purpose illegal influence in any form on a medical worker entails the imposition of a fine:
- for citizens - from 5 to 7 BRV (from 1.5 to 2.1 million soums);
- for officials - from 7 to 10 BRV (from 2.1 to 3 million soums) or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
This law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
