    Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 92 dated 02/14/2024 "On measures to implement the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the first quarter of 2024" was adopted.

    In accordance with the target indicators of development by industries and regions, in the first quarter it is planned to master foreign investments in the amount of $ 7.2 billion (of which industries - $ 4.1 billion, regions - $3.1 billion).

    Of the industries, the Ministry of Energy plans to develop the most (almost $ 1.7 billion), the Forestry Agency the least ($ 1.5 million).

    By region, the indicators of the capital's khokimiyat are leading ($428 million). The Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan has the lowest figure (about $50 million).

    A targeted program of 276 promising investment projects worth almost $33 billion is also approved.

    In 2024, within the framework of 70 credit lines, 11 banks of the republic will attract foreign credit resources in the amount of $2.3 billion.

    This year, 24 ministries and departments will attract grants in excess of $ 1 billion (most of all ($ 150 million each) - the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Ecology.
