At the regular meeting of the Central Election Commission held on October 8 this year, issues of organizing early voting of voters, additional measures to ensure the electoral rights of persons with disabilities, accreditation of observers from foreign countries and others were considered.
In accordance with the resolution adopted by the Central Election Commission at a meeting on August 26, 2024, polling stations have been established at diplomatic and other missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries to conduct elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a single electoral district.
All five political parties of Uzbekistan have officially allowed to participate in the elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and local kengashes of people's deputies. This became known today at the next meeting of the Central Election Commission.
